When will I receive my vehicle?
After confirmation our team will schedule delivery within 30 days, delivered to your home with hands-on training for both the user and the family.
Scooter or wheelchair — which should I choose?
If the user has good balance and can steer a handlebar, a mobility scooter (S3, L5) is great for longer outings. For indoor agility, joystick control, or caregiver assistance, choose an electric wheelchair (W3, Q3). Not sure? Message us on LINE for free advice.
What after-sales service do you provide?
2-year battery warranty, 3-year frame & motor warranty, and at-home repair service across Bangkok and the metropolitan area.
Can I try before buying?
Yes — our rental service doubles as a try-before-you-buy option. Book via LINE @revibemobility.
How secure is the deposit payment?
All payments run through PAYSO, a payment provider licensed by the Bank of Thailand, supporting QR and credit/debit cards. Every booking has a traceable reference code.
